These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website RECRUTZ ("Platform"), which is developed, operated, and owned by JSRdigi ("Company"). By registering an account, posting job listings, or submitting applications on this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Creation and Security
Users may register as either "Candidates" or "Employers." You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.
2. Job Postings and Listing Policies
Employers are solely responsible for the job advertisements they publish. You agree not to post fake vacancies, fraudulent ads, or requests for fees/payments from job seekers. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our Job Posting Policy.
3. Fees, Payments, and Free Trials
RECRUTZ operates on an affordable classified model:
- Free Trial: Newly registered employers receive one (1) FREE Job Post valid for 30 days. Only the first job post is eligible for this free credit.
- Standard Pricing: After the first free job post or upon its expiration, each subsequent job posting is priced at **₹49** (inclusive of applicable processing fees).
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via the **Cashfree Payments** gateway. All details provided for billing must be valid and complete.
4. Refund and Cancellation
Due to the immediate digital nature of job listings, payments of ₹49 per job posting are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, layout designs, icons, trademarks, and code on RECRUTZ are properties of JSRdigi. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our database listings without explicit prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." JSRdigi does not screen every candidate profile or verify every applicant's credentials. We are not liable for any employment outcomes, actions, disputes, or losses resulting from your interactions on the Platform.
